The ferry terminal is only 700 metres away and the daily sailings
pass the windows. The sandy beach runs for a mile or so right up
to the mountain range beyond.

are payable 4 weeks in advance of your
holiday
with a deposit of £50 required at
time of booking confirmation. This
is deducted from the final payment.

There is a fully fitted out breakfasting kitchen which is open plan
with the lounge. The bathroom has a full size bath and an electric
shower.
All amenities are very close by the flat. Particularly convenient
is the mini-market on the ground floor.
Within 100m of the flat is a Chemist, Baker, Post Office, Chinese
Carry-Out, Bank, Library and Golf Club to name but a few.
The flat was completely refurbished in 2010 to luxury standard.
A loft conversion provides a large double room with ensuite WC and
wash hand basin. It also includes an external balcony with a sweeping
